just a few of my favorite arrangements from the past few months.
The most basic dress that ever lived. Linen and tent shaped. Does it get much better? I can’t wait to wear this in the hot summer months.
Here is some of my recent beadwork. The finished product, work in progress, and my booth at the Lill Street Art Fair/Sale over the weekend.
These are all a part of my new line of necklaces as photographed by Kaitlyn McQuaid. You can find them for sale here.
Here are some photos of my little summer project. I participated in the Heshima Fashion Challenge, which is a great charity to support. The objective was to create a garment out of a scarf that I blindly chose. There were ten designers in total. It was so cool to see how differently everyone approached this project.
For my senior collection, I created this series of pieces which focuses on fabric manipulation. I first created a sculptured fabric by either creating bubbles or pockets out of silk organza, then I began the draping process. Through much experimentation, I came out with three standout pieces, each with a different point of view.
